Lin IP Law was established in 2018 by Jeoyuh Lin to provide thoughtful and effective Intellectual Property legal solutions customized to solve the problems of its clients.

Jeoyuh is a founder and managing intellectual property attorney with native fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, who protects the clients' innovation and brands. 

Expertise:

At Lin IP Law, Jeoyuh specializes in obtaining and value-added patents in medical device, electrical, mechanical, computer software, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enhanced technologies, with an eye towards business applications of IP.  Jeoyuh also conducts clearance and patentability opinions, registers trademarks, and counsels entrepreneurs to mid-sized companies on the cutting edge of innovation on business strategies. 

Prior Experience:

Prior to starting Lin IP Law, Jeoyuh was an in-house counsel for a global automobile components manufacturer in Nagoya, Japan. Jeoyuh also was a former patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
